City to city, posted ahead of time, at a price the driver sets per seat. The same app and the same request-and-approve flow as a ride across town.
Seven cities are set up: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Lahore and Peshawar. Pick two of them and a day, and you see the seats drivers have already posted for it.
Search from and to, on the day you are travelling. Past dates do not appear.
The driver says which, and you see it before you request.
Not a split of the fuel — a seat price the driver sets, shown to you before you ask for it.
You give the stop you want before the request goes in, and the driver's final stop is stated up front. Neither of you finds out at the end.
You ask, the driver says yes or no. The seat only comes off the count inside that approval, so two people can never be given the same one.
You hand the driver the seat price at the end. Nothing is deducted from it, and there is no surge on a busy weekend.
An intercity seat is priced by the driver, not split from the fuel, so treat these as the floor: what one one-way trip costs at the pump, tolls on top. These are the long roads we have confirmed distances for — the search in the app runs between the seven cities above.

375 km one way, a 1300cc sedan at 11 km per litre. Change any of that in the calculator.
Fuel only. Tolls, parking and wear are on top, and they split the same way.
City to city is switched on in the app, not held back for a later release. Leave your number and say which cities you move between — we open in Islamabad and Rawalpindi first, then the corridors enough of you are already driving.
